Devious Journal EntryI'm not tying to prove my innocence or cast dispercion on phyre-arms in anyway, but to be honest I'm getting rather weary of this. People saying "Oh that was done in 3d max or ohh thats not photoshop."
Long before I came to deviantART i have been an active member of the art comminuty. I have various courses in photoshop and design in general under my belt including a degree in graphic design. Its from this and hundreds of hours experimentation I have developed my style and I won't have doubts cast over my work.
I watched my best fried walk away from deviantART over a similar situation. We worked on a few projects together and without doubt he is the best digital artist I have ever come across and the reason I joined this community. He can be found here [link] . On leaving the site he gave me his icon and told me no matter what happened to ride it out. I have no intention of doing anything else.
What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire deviant life, that there's something wrong with the story. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad.
You take the blue pill, the story ends. Your browser closes and you believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland. And, I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.

So what's you excuse for lying about making the shapes with the pen tool and how time consuming it was? Why didn't you just say that you RIPPED a render from someone else?
Don't say that "you just change the style" of things, because you don't; you lied about making the reflections, so obviously you aspired to change more than color.
Still, there is nothing to excuse the asinity of your action and your inanity of your post facto motive. "...apparently I ripped someone"--stop talking as if you don't know what you did. If you want to prove to people that your wallpaper is original, then I suggest submitting a side-by-side comparison of phyre-arm's wallpaper and your own. I did. I put them into photoshop, put one on top of the other, and then hid and rehid the top layer. What changed? Agian: color and a small area on the top. grow up.
